Window Cleaning
Here at CCS we are experts in the periodic cleaning of all glazed and external building finishes, we employ our own fully trained operatives so we are able to control our service quality levels. We offer an initial free thorough survey of your site, so as to establish the most important appropriate access solutions required, enabling us to deliver the quality whilst keeping costs to a minimum level where possible.
Abseiling
This gives the advantage of being able to clean buildings without hampering your work flow with disruptive access equipment. Access can be gained to your work place that would otherwise be inaccessible, in a reliable safe manner with suitably experienced and competent operatives who are fully trained in all the potential hazards associated with working at height.
Hydraulic Platforms
Sometimes known as a cherry picker, a mobile elevated work platform is used for access at height where required. The correct platform is vital in order to ensure the safety of operatives, and features such as telescopic booms, rotating cages and Jibs make hydraulic platforms a safer alternative to ladders or scaffolding towers.
Reach and wash systems
Cleaning windows that are not easily accessible has always caused a problem for window cleaning companies in the past, and it is here that the water fed pole system comes into its own. The most important component of this system has to be the complete purity of the water and the use of the water fed pole for window cleaning is very effective as the aggressive strength of pure water means that you do not need to use cleaning detergents on the windows, therefore saving you money with less time on site. External surfaces can be cleaned up to five storeys high whilst the operative’s feet remain firmly on the ground.
